One of the places I was most curious about in Sofia was Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski finally we had the opportunity to visit the museum and the university with Seda and Sara, and we learned some information about the university thanks to Kaloyan Tsvetkov.

Sofia University, "St. Kliment Ohridski" at the University of Sofia, is the oldest higher education institution in Bulgaria.

Precious Stones

I'll be honest, as a man I don't have much interest in stones. But while visiting the museum, the meteor stones and the stones taken from the poles caught my attention the most. We had the chance to examine the stones with a microscope. Another moment that excited me was the diamonds. When we left the museum they gave us small stones as gifts and I thank them for that.

Before the Ages

You see what I see, right? Yes, it's a mammoth skeleton. Mammoths are one of the creatures that lived before the ages that I am most interested in. Unfortunately, not all bones were original. It was such a wonderful experience for me to stand next to a creature that lived ages ago. We had a little chat with the archaeologist who gave us information about the museum. Scientists plan to bring mammoths back to the present time by redesigning some of the DNA they took from elephants with the help of new technology. It sounds just like Jurassic Park, but I don't know what good it will do for us.
